Originally from the UK, I have been lucky enough to call New Zealand home for thirty years, first in Wellington and now in Queenstown - since the turn of the 21st century! I graduated from the Wellington Feldenkrais® Professional Training 2007-2010. I run regular Awareness Through Movement® classes and also see private clients for Functional Integration® lessons. It’s my passion to guide students, through movement and awareness, to discover their full potential for well-being and functional enjoyment.
