When I attended my first Feldenkrais Method® class I felt an immediate affinity with this way of learning and I noticed an improvement in my sore back. After 2 years of attending classes I had the opportunity to do the Feldenkrais Method Practitioner Training. One of my goals from doing the training was to improve my walking and get back to tramping. I completed the Milford Tack Tramp in 1995. My walking has continued to improve over the last 12 years and is getting easier and easier. Set backs over the years such as damaging both of my knees at different times have given me opportunities to deepen my understanding of this method and the potency of this way of learning. I have been Teaching the Feldenkrais Method for 17 years and I work with all ages. I enjoy helping people improve their everyday activities and quality of life.
