Working with the NZSQ is one of the highlights of my professional life. For many years, I have contributed to the Yoga Teacher training program and have worked in the fields of sports rehabilitation, back education, biofeedback and studied the Alexander Technique. Practice I work full time with the Feldenkrais principles, teaching Awareness through Movement classes weekly, from beginners to the more advanced level. Incorporating the Feldenkrais principles into my recently re-established Yoga class. I give workshops in Wellington and throughout New Zealand. In my private clinic, people seek the Method to improve function after hip replacements, stroke, MS, OOS. For this, I get referrals from Physiotherapists,Osteopath and Doctors. I am inspired by the intelligence of the work, which can help anyone at any age to learn to function in a more fluid, less resistant manner.
