As an athlete and martial artist who has experienced the almost incredible performance benefits of the Feldenkrais Method, Conrad has a strong interest in working with those seeking to improve or recover their own abilities. In studying the Method, Conrad also transformed his everyday life, living now in a more, relaxed, capable, and carefree body, and so works with all sorts of people wise enough to release that better movement will improve their lot, and that they need guidance in achieving it. Conrad is on the executive of the New Zealand Feldenkrais Guild and writing a book exploring the theory of how and why the Method is so effective.
