I provide both individual and group lessons through the Wellington Region. My youngest student is a three year old girl with Down’s syndrome, my oldest a marvellous 87 year old.
A quick phone call or email is the best way to find out when and where I am teaching.

Profile

Although I had briefly sampled a lesson out of a sports book years before, I began attending Feldenkrais classes in a period when I was dealing with a bad case of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. At the time the lessons were the only thing which made me feel better, clearer and optimistic.

Importantly for me, the group lessons meant the method was affordable. Then, as now, the ability of the method to provide even introverts like me with a feeling of privacy was a major attraction.

The most obvious benefit of the method as far as the general public is concerned – improved movement – for me was an incidental, but extremely welcome spin-off. Old sports injuries started to improve – or even evaporate.
