Practice:  

I work with a wide range of people, from teenagers to nearly ninety year olds.  My clients range from people in very physically demanding occupations or sports, to fairly sedentary lifestyles.  They all want to improve their quality of life.  I am unique in New Zealand, being the only practitioner to have graduated from a school of Structural Integration, Hellerwork, as well the Feldenkrais Training.

Biography:  

I was born in Auckland, and lived here most of my life.  I graduated from the University of Auckland with a BA in English Literature and a  Master’s degree in History.  While at university, I worked for several years as a postie, & consequently developed some challenging problems of alignment.  My post-university years covered several career paths, until I became an archivist, first in local, then national governmet institutions, and later with a New Zealand multi-national corporation.

Various accidents and other work experiences, led me to explore many healing pathways.  I was so profoundly affected by Hellerwork that I became a practitioner; and then decided to train as a Feldenkrais teacher as soon as I was able.  I am grateful every day to be able to do this exciting work, with so many different and interesting people.
