Classes – Auckland  (St Heliers, Remuera, Albany)
Practice – I teach 3 regular classes a week. Also as required I take classes in schools, for the Arthritis Foundation, sports groups and circus performers.

Biography

During a varied career of TV design, dance and fitness I stumbled upon the Feldenkrais Method when training as a Movement Educator.
I was drawn to the Method as a way of enhancing my own personal awareness and development as well as looking after myself physically. This has proved invaluable since I began learning aerial skills  - flying trapeze and cloud swing.
Teaching is in my blood and I love watching students discover the beauty and ease of movement
